ECB’s very own McCauley is part of the 2022 ENLA Fellows. The Emerging Nonprofit Leadership Accelerator (ENLA) is a selective and rigorous leadership development program. The mission of ENLA is to cultivate a robust talent and leadership pipeline for the nonprofit sector in the greater Capital Region.

ENLA is hosted by UAlbany’s Institute of Nonprofit Leadership and Community Development.
